They're two months into the world and doing fantastic! They are still in their roughly three hour cycle of eat, play, sleep around the clock (with dropping the play hour during the night hours), but since we aren't counting their first month out of the womb as a real "month" they are right on track for growing great!
Let's see...they're both still in newborn sized clothes and newborn diapers (the change from Premie diapers to Newborn wasn't that big of a diaper size change, but going from Newborn to Size 1 seems HUGE!). They're both smiling and cooing but Jake tends to do this whenever you're looking at him whereas you have to work both out of Beth. She still falls and stays asleep great where he still needs lots of repeated snuggles to get and keep him down. Sadly, they're starting to lose their newborn smell. :-( The things I want to also remember are how she attacks like a bad sci-fi shark when she's heading to a feeding. She spots her prey and shakes her head side to side until her tongue recognizes what's going on and then just clomps on and doesn't let go. Jake bangs his head like that will magically make his target appear whether he's near it or not. Jake's smile is a big puppy-dog grin whereas Beth's is a coy smile of joy.

| Two Months Old - They're faces have filled out and they're chunkier now. They're hair has taken on a life of it's own (Beth's still looks like she was electrocuted!). And they actually interact with us now! |

| Jake's smile. I just want to eat him up!! |

Here are Elizabeth's stats:
Height Weight Head CM
Birth 17.5 in. 5 lbs. 8 oz.
2 Weeks 18.0 in. 5 lbs. 7 oz. 33 cm
1 Month 19.2 in. 7 lbs. 9 oz. 36.8 cm
2 Months 21.0 in. 9 lbs. 7 oz. 38.7 cm
Beth remained 5% for height and 20% for weight. But my goodness she feels like a little peanut.
Here are Jacob's stats:
Height Weight Head CM
Birth 17.5 in. 5 lbs. 10 oz.
2 Weeks 180 in. 5 lbs. 7 oz. 33.5 cm
1 Month 19.0 in. 8 lbs. 2 oz. 36.8 cm
2 Months 21.1 in. 10 lbs. 2 oz. 38.3 cm
Jacob dropped to 4% for height but considering how close the lines look on the graph it could be that he was technically in the 4th percentile last month and remained the same. I'm not concerned. Doctor's not concerned. His weight stayed at 20%. He feels heavy. We're good.
